SoSheets provides database management software that transforms spreadsheets into functional databases with automation capabilities. The software is installed on your own server infrastructure.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your server and login credentials
• Ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
• Backing up your data regularly
• The accuracy of data you enter into the system

4. Ownership

Upon purchase, you own a perpetual license to use the SoSheets software. Your data remains entirely yours and is stored on your own server.

5. Support

We provide onboarding and ongoing support as part of your purchase. Support is available via WhatsApp and email during business hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoSheets is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
